Activate. Aspire. Amplify. Sutra® Workshops weave together threads of ancient traditions and modern practices connecting the Body, the Soul and the Community. Curated by multi-disciplinary practitioners; complementing yoga with performance coaching, mindfulness, nature and cultural experiences. Activate through one movement, one breath; flowing through yoga asanas (poses) at your own pace. Aspire to generate positive vibes with harmonious breathwork exploring themes of yoga sutras (traditional vedic texts). Amplify by contributing to help the underprivileged. Sutra® workshops flow with the core principles of alignment, strength, breath, chakras and mudras - customized for group energy and pace; offering in-class variations as needed.
